Jest for the Pun of Wit!

For many years The Pun-Off has been the biggest annual fundraiser for the O. Henry museum. Thank you for virtually attending and supporting the O. Henry Museum Pun-Off World Championships.

Welcome to Brush Square Museums Foundation's first online auction. Please look over the many unique and fun auction items donated by sponsors to entice you. Register as a Bidder to get started now. Make your bid and check back often to see if you're still the high bidder! Just gotta have it? Click "Buy It Now!"

We are the primary citizen nonprofit fundraising for the restoration and preservation of the O. Henry Museum and Susanna Dickinson Museum.

Your support of our most important annual event will benefit the wonderful educational programs that the museums offer to children and adults; enhance the beauty and restoration of these historic museums; and help the Brush Square Museums Foundation continue to spread the word about “Literature and Legends” in Austin, Texas.

We gave to the O. Henry Museum’s restoration of its 1860’s square grand piano with a $2,000 grant to restore the pearl inlay stretcher board. BSMF also made a $5,000 grant to successfully bid on original O. Henry drawings and letters which will be exhibited in the museum soon.

Once again COVID forced The 44th Annual O. Henry Museum Pun-Off World Championships to be online for the 2nd year at http://www.punoff.com.

The Annual O.Henry Museum Pun-Off World Championships, has for many years been held outdoors in O. Henry Museum's backyard, Brush Square in downtown Austin, Texas by  P.U.N.Y. (Punsters United Nearly Yearly).
